"I am a bit of a Thai food junkie and I feel that this is some of the best Thai food in the nation (yes, I did say NATION!!!!!). I have had the chance to eat at numerous Thai restaurants, including Lotus of Siam in Vegas (allegedly one of the best Thai restaurant in the US) and Holy Basil in NYC and neither had the quality of flavor and texture of the entrees at Thai Siam."
